Create a color couture liner look using Twin Liner Nero & Rosso. To elevate the liner, layer Pearl from the Color Flip Eyeshadow Palette ontop to add the sparkle. Finish and define lashes with Magnificent Mascara.

Start with Very Valentino foundation, applying to create your desired coverage. Create a couture finish on the skin using Go-Clutch finishing powder and complete with Eye2cheek 12 Bright Dream on the cheekbones.

Apply the color from the apple of the cheeks up to the temples in a circular buffing motion. You can add extra dimension by layering different shades, such as Eye2Cheek shade 12 Bright Dream on top for added glow.
